Complete E-Commerce Web Site

The web site solution for the business that wants to trade online. Built on the same principles as the Business Web Site package, but with a complete Product Catalogue and facilities to take orders online.

With the familiar Buy Now option for your customers, the e-commerce solution offers a fully featured shopping basket. If required, secure credit card transactions can also be made.

Your catalogue of products, prices, etc. can be update online by logging in to an area with restricted access. Orders placed by your customers can be emailed to your sales office or processed online, or both.

The Technology

Like the Product Catalogue package, the e-commerce package is based on Microsoft's Active Server Pages technology (ASP). The web pages are created dynamically by the server, including information from a database, for example. The resulting page that is sent to your customer's browser is standard HTML, meaning it will run in any browser - all the processing work is done on the Web Server.
