The analysis and presentation of the data depends entirely on your requirements
and those of your customers. Whatever presentation is required, our principles

- Simple and clear, preferably graphical
- Uncluttered - features for the sake of features just costs more and
confuse the new customer
- Include useful features - despite the above comment, the software
must be desirable
On-screen and printed reports can be included, with the key to a successful
report often being in summarising large amounts of data into a format
that can be easily understood by a first time viewer.
