Data stored in an instrument is usually transmitted to the PC using either RS232 or USB for direct connection, or over a modem or network link. Client Software can develop software to interface with the instrumentation, configure the instrument if required, and download the stored data. Remote instrument control is also an option if the instrumentation supports it. CSL can also develop the system for storing the information in the actual instrument.
